The Strongbox holds the gold on the Stagecoach. Heaping portions of Golden fried
Wagon Wheel Onion Rings, Forest Mushrooms, Zucchini Coins and Mozzarella Logs.

Stagecoach Nachos
Corn chips smothered in our signature Black Bean Chili and loaded with cheddar-jack cheese, jalapenos and onions; served with sour cream.
Hot Damn We Got Dip
Choose from a creamy snow crab artichoke dip OR a vegetarian smoked gouda, spinach, and artichoke dip. Both served with carrots, celery and corn tortilla chips. So good you might just yell 'Hot Damn!'.

What more could a stagehand ask for? Beef, beans, tomatoes, onions and green chilies. Ask for it with pepper-jack, cheddar, onions or jalapenos.
 
Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
Lightly marinated breast of Chicken, broiled and served julienne style over crisp
Romaine lettuce tossed with our house Caesar dressing.
Southwest Chicken Salad
Blackened chicken breast atop fresh field greens with shredded cheddar, pepper jack,
black beans, tomatoes, smoked corn and Zesty ranch dressing.

Skewers of lightly marinated and seasoned garden vegetables served atop fresh field
greens tossed with Herbal Vinaigrette and Cotija cheese.

Sold Out Coach Club
When the coach was sold out, the extra passengers would ride on the top. Three layers of toasted bread with turkey, ham, bacon, swiss and cheddar, with tomatoes and lettuce. The club has so much on it, it must be sold out!
Covered Wagon Hot Turkey
Roasted turkey sliced thin. Covered with bread and smothered with gravy.
Stagecoach Wrap
Create your own tortilla wrap, choose from BBQ chicken, ham, turkey or vegetarian.
Fried Fish Sandwich
Flaky Cod fillets on a Hoagie roll with fries.

Our smoked pork loin shaved thin and drenched in Ancho pepper and smoked
Black Cherry Bar-b-que sauce.

Tender Buffalo on a Hoagie roll. Smothered in grilled onions, green peppers, and

1/2 pound beef burger cooked to your likin' served Stagecoach style with
thick cut cheddar, peppered bacon, Bar-b-que sauce and a wagon wheel onion ring.

Cheddar Chili Burger
Smothered with hot stagehand black bean chili and topped with cheddar cheese, this burger will please. Save a spoon to clean up what falls out.
Fungus Amungus Burger
The only thing keeping the sauteed portabella mushrooms on top of this burger is the melted swiss cheese.

Half dark, half white. Give us 20 minutes to make it right, served golden fried in the true stagecoach style. Accompanied by mashed potatoes and vegetables.
Buffalo Pot Roast
Tender buffalo cooked low and slow. Served up the old fashioned way with onions, carrots and potatoes. So flavorful, we only add a little gravy.
Chicken Fried Steak
Is it more chicken or steak? Our seasoned and fried beef steak will leave you wondering Served with mashed potatoes and country gravy.
Eggplant Ravioli
Tender pillows of eggplant wrapped in pasta. Choose your sauce of likin', alfredo or marinara, then we will toss in some primavera vegetables.
Trout Almandine
Our version of the traditional classic. Rocky Mountain rainbow trout, almond crusted and pan seared, served with seasoned rice.
Coach Style Fish and Chips
The English originated the Pub Style Fish and Chips. We are thankful that they
shared that tradition with us. Center cut Cod fillet, battered and fried with
French fries and tartar sauce.
Sirloin Steak
Sometimes called a Top Butt, this steak just plain tastes good! Known for its flavor and texture this 8 oz. sirloin will satisfy all steak lovers. Served with mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables.

At lunch the steal is only $8.79 and at dinner the steal is $11.79. Since the steal is such a deal, you have to ask your waitperson to find out what it is!

Slow cooked the way Gramma used to do. All white meat, sage dressing, cranberry
sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy.

Out of the Water
Cedar Plank Salmon
Western lore has it that when pans were not available, travelers west would put their
fish on cedar and place the plank directly on the fire. As the wood browned, the smoke
sealed in the natural flavor of the fish. Who would have known that old technique
would now become gourmet? Accompanied by baked potato.
Camp Fire Trout
Cooked the tried and true way. Trout wrapped in foil, stuffed with wild rice blend,
pine nuts and garden vegetables. Only thing missing is the fire.
Fried Shrimp
We are not really certain how the shrimp make it here from the Gulf Coast. We just
eat the heck out of 'em. Served breaded and deep fried with fries.

Stagecoach Driver's Stuffed Steak
The favored stagecoach stops would receive smuggled herbs and spices
from the Stagecoach Driver.  In return, he would get a special plate at the
dinner table. We create this stuffed steak from Swiss cheese, mushrooms, sage,
bread crumbs and roasted garlic sauce in honor of the brave Stagecoach Driver
who would risk his life smuggling these ingredients just to eat this stuffed sirloin.
Buffalo Ribeye
Even Buffalo Bill would have been happy with this one. Choose to have this steak grilled or blackened, served with Choron sauce.
T-Bone
This 12oz beauty is too good for sauce and is sure to put a smile on your face. We grill it the way you want it.

Black Bart was one of the West's most distinguished gentlemen Stagecoach Robbers.
Recognized by his classy attire and Derby-style top hat, he would often tip his hat
and refuse the money of the passengers. In honor of Gentleman Black Bart,
we offer this "steal" to you.

Stagecoaches in these parts were primarily used to transport people to and from the gold mines of Cripple Creek and Victor.
